OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
We’ll do our best to ship within 5 working days of placing an order for any in-stock item for delivery outside of the Nairobi metropolitan area. We will do our best to deliver orders within the Nairobi metropolitan area within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders with the Nairobi metropolitan area are delivered at a charge of KSh 500! For all other international (non-Kenyan) orders, shipping costs will be calculated via DHL and therefore subject to change (excluding any additional duties or VAT on arrival). Dennis Muraguri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Returns or exchanges, no questions asked, within 14 days for all orders within Kenya.
Reach out to support@shop.dennis-muraguri.co.ke with your order number within 14 days of receipt and let us know what items you would like to return.
For all clothing orders, items must be unworn and undamaged, with tags on, to qualify for a return or exchange. Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.
For prints, the receiver needs to photograph the proof of the damage and share it with support@shop.dennis-muraguri.co.ke or on our WhatsApp within 48 hours of accepting delivery of the print to qualify for an exchange.
