Managing Your Account
Members can access the area for any member from the “My Account” page by clicking “View”. You can enable all sections of the member area to view a list of accessible content (posts and pages), products, discounts, and/or public membership notes.
We use a Website Application Firewall to keep our admin area secure. Our application administration directory is password protected and we always use strong passwords generated by random string generators. We use two-step verification and third-party authenticators on our login screens. We limit login attempts and couple this with limited login access to particular IP addresses with disabled login hints. We require our users to use strong passwords for account creation and periodically schedule password resets for all users to avoid compromised passwords that users may have over multiple services. User accounts that are open and idle for a set period of time are automatically logged out. Our memberships comply with privacy regulations like the GDPR, CCPA and PECR. We take all these steps to ensure the utmost security as we value your information.
